Steps to get a refund or redelivery for a missing Lazada order in the Philippines using CLEO chat, app returns, and DTI escalation.

Find out why your order didn't arrive
Check tracking before complaining. Delays happen from traffic or courier issues.
Open the Lazada app, go to My Orders, tap the order. "No tracking info" is normal right after shipping,wait 24-48 hours. If stuck, especially Cainiao from China, chat CLEO.
Type "Where is my order?" in the chatbox, select your order, check estimated delivery date. Forums say no update for 6 days is fine; it usually arrives. Be patient.
Make sure your phone number is active and correct. LBC or J&T call ahead. Wrong number means failed delivery. Update in Account settings.
App says "Delivered" but nothing there? Screenshot it.
File a return/refund for a missing order
You can pick courier pickup or drop-off for "order not received."
- Open Lazada app, log in.
- Go to My Orders > View All Orders.
- Tap the order, then Return/Refund.
- Select "Missing item" or "Order not received", Confirm.
- Enter address, choose courier pickup (free, they call), drop-off (SM or Puregold), or self-arrange.
- For courier like Ninja Van, Confirm.
- Upload proof: "Did not arrive post-expected date." Include tracking screenshot, empty porch photo, chat logs.
Approval in 1-2 days if proof is good. Refund to GCash/bank/LazWallet in 7-14 days, full minus shipping if seller fault.
P500 shirt? Full P500 back. P2,000 gadget? Check seller rating; 4.8+ is reliable.
File within 7-15 days from expected date. I filed Day 8 for P800 headphones, approved Day 10.
Chat cleo or human support
CLEO is 24/7 AI for quick questions. Help Center, type "order not received [order number]."
Human support 6 AM to 12 AM. Call +632 795 8900, but chat is faster with screenshots.
I typed "Parcel 6 days no update," got real-time location.
Help Center > Chat CLEO. "Track order [number]" or "Missing delivery." Screenshot everything.
Common mistakes to avoid
Wrong phone number: No answer, returned to seller. Update it.
No proof: Rejected without pics or screenshots. Take empty gate photo.
Too early: Wait 1-2 days past expected date.
Too late: Over 15 days, no chance.
No drop-off nearby: Check options to avoid extra tricycle fare.
Neighbor has it? Ask. Saved me P1,500 once,my neighbor holds packages sometimes.
Contact the seller
Not always Lazada's issue. My Orders > Contact Seller.
Ask "Where is my order? Stuck tracking." They might redispatch or partial refund.

Escalate if needed
"Delivered" but missing? Common problem.
Email formal complaint: *Order [XXX]* with screenshots, logs, ID. Reply in 5 days.
